How do I find out what’s my windows license key

Have you ever wonder where have I kept my windows license key. I need to reinstall my windows but I couldn’t figure out where have I kept my license key.

Luckily, if you still have access to your windows machine, it is quite easy to retrieve your windows license key.

• Press CTRL+R, and enter CMD then press Enter (or your Return key on your keyboard)
• Use the following command in windows to retrieve your key:

wmic path softwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey

you will see an output similiar to this
